The method I am referring to is that major papers and published books are sourced in wikipedia articles to give the impression of proof. If this were indeed a correct then I would also mean that newspapers and books always lead to the same truth? A simple investigation of even one newspaper shows contradictions; the newspaper in reality only reports the information that it collected in a limited scope of that article and in the next day the paper may have a collection of statements of people in the news that is the opposite.

Case in point, Global warming the lastest news from confab is global cooling. Both stories are news worthy.

Books can be found suggesting UFO are real and UFO are not real.
