Michael of race42008.com has decided on somebody he believes he can back, and is forthcoming about having a possible bias on his blog, I have read his blog many times and don’t think he will show much of any bias.

His article makes a good impetus for me for me to state any bias I may have. I am non-partisan I have never been registered as a Republican or a Democrat. I have equal distrust for both parties. I am strictly interested in the issues. The most important thing for me is personal freedom so in regards to a political party I line up more with libertarians. I would rather see the white house and the congress at odds with each other than any party able to accomplish major changes without a hard fight. If I find a horse, you will be the first to know about it.

Davila claim to infamy was being shot by Compean and Ramos (feb 2005) — was given immunity by US Attorney Johnny Sutton to testify against Border Patrol Agents. It is worth noting that walking away from a policeman in the city of San Diego is justification for them to use fire arms. Stop means stop, not run away or take something out of your pocket (perhaps later I will post the story of the NFL player who was shot by police for walking away)

<update>

I checked judicialwatch.org watch to see if they have picked up the story as a google news search shows the main stream media has not yet covered the story (Judicial Watch had covered the feb. 5th, 2005 trial of the agents). Yes, Judicial watch has the story.
