On 09/17/06 my wife was driving through the town of Stockerton PA when she got pulled over on Rt. 191 by patrolman ( shield # 5107 )of the Stokerton P.D. in North Hampton County PA. He informed my wife that he stopped her for speeding. He went through the routine of asking for the paper work and she presented all items without question. My wife then presented Off. #5107 with a Family Brass card that are given to immediate Family members. Off. #5107 then asked her what it was and she explained, his reply was ” Oh that’s New Jersey , we don’t honor that over here.”
